I’ve been using this app for years. Even just recommended it to the Parks and Rec director to pass on. I highly recommend this for game positioning, substitutions and play time. Very simple and straightforward. Can be used for other sports and teams sizes, also, so nice. The players really like it too because they can actually see their positions/substitutions like on a white board, for those who are more visual. I definitely give it 5-stars. Although nearly perfect, I do wish it could keep score. Silly, but it would still be nice. Also, available in the Android store would make it universal to any assistant coaches. And yes, I take my iThings out in the rain. My pocket has done fine drying so far, and Google hardware is awesome, but they make a good point about carrying a ziplock bag with you. One more thing in the coach’s bag.
Thanks for building a simple easy to use app. I coach 2 soccer teams and this has been a lifesaver, especially when I don’t have an assistant to help with clock and sub management.
Works well for tracking time played and remembering the assigned positions which can be tough with younger players. Adding the ability to track goals would be a nice simple addition so a coach could see who scored and when.
Love this app! It makes it so easy keep kids' playing time equal and keep track of who I need to sub.
