Would be zero if it was an option

What kind of app can’t provide the option to save your login credentials? Payscan used to do this. With the so-called upgrade to yardi one it has lost this feature. The convenience factor is gone, the app is now worthless.

Glitchy

Constant bugs. Way finding/UX is poor (most yardi products/sites are) and multiple ways to approve that are inconsistent. Doesn’t work well if budgets and hard to review as a manager. Hard to process large invoices/ Can’t remember passwords/should use finger identification so it is a PITA to constantly log in to. Doesn’t seem to work on an Mobile.

Application Error

Every time I attempt to login I receive an application error that says unknown error 😒

Not working on iPhone

This app is not working on my Android and I can’t find any support to help. I have deleted and reloaded. App support link shows 404 error.

Definitely has more potential for utility

Right now you are able to make P.O.s and only approve or move IRs through the workflow. From a mobile device you can very easily add a PDF or image so the ability to create an IR through the app would be greatly appreciated and allow busy managers the ability to handle the entire process remotely.
