Extremely user unfriendly! Cannot get to work!

Worst app ever

I received this app because it was suppose to make my life easier this app never works I have to delete and then reinstall fir it to work this happens maybe after I use the app 3 times not worth it all the money you pay and this is what you get forget it I don’t even use it anymore what a joke.

Terrible user experience

The mobile team needs to do a better job with this app. I’ve experienced too often the app stuck on signing in. This is a TERRIBLE experience. You’re wasting customers time by not fixing bugs. I’ve had to reboot numerous times to get through. There is so much waste going on here. Your customer deserve a seamless experience logging in and operating in the app. We have to use it to arm/disarm. It’s unacceptable to have anything less than a smooth log in experience. Make it a priority to improve and resolve issues.
