DeathSpank for Android

I have all the correct system requirements but the game will not work. The game opens up fine but the quest log screen keeps fllickering on and off rapidly. Also the link on the appstore for support doesn't help. There is nothing listed on the website about where to get support.

Game starts and all I see is what looks like a small corner of the screen. No way to change the graphics. Plays a song. Sort of looks like a road scolling by, but the only thing I can do is Command-Q to quit. Waste of money since it is unplayable. The app store support link takes me to a web site that shows a bunch of games that are no deathspank. THE SUPPORT LINK DOESN'T GO ANYWHERE THAT PROVIDES SUPPORT. Maybe one day they will support my computer…

I loved Deathspank, and I loved Thongs of Virtue. I was happy to pay for them, and I really thought that their value was immense for the cost. I bought The Baconing without hesitation. I'm a bit disappointed with it, overall. The combat is often times way too hard, and leaves the player depleting themselves of healing items - if they aren't defeated, in which case they will respawn frustratingly far from the spot of the character's death. The graphics are wonderful (the best of the three games) but the worlds seem tedious and uninteresting compared to the other two. The flow is very linear and takes from the length and part of the fun of revisiting other parts of the map. Also, the missions are either way too easy, or way too drawn out and confusing. Again, not a bad game, but definitely not what I had hoped for when compared to its predecessors.

I laughed as much as many hours as I spent playing the game. You instantly fall in Love with DeathSpank. His Hilarious Dialogue portrays him as an aloof, but congenial hero. The quests are fun. I never got the feeling that I was being pushed around from quest to quest just to pass the time. They really did a great job at keeping the story line moving. My only complaint: In order to get the full experience from this game, you absolutely must purchase a gamepad. I recommend the Logitech F310. Believe it or not, it's hard to find a good game controller that works on the Android as MACintosh did not think to make one. ROLL MY EYES> If you do purchase the Logitech F310, make sure you switch the control pad on the bottom of the controller to 'D' before you plug it in. It's the only way it will work. Back to DeathSpank. Great Game, Great Graphics, Great Storyline. 5 Stars All The Way!

Hothead games once again offered no support. When doing the barnacle missions, if the three wells are done out of order you lose the barnacles and have to start over. I've checked around, others are having this issue and Hothead games has offered no support, so they've had to restart the game as well. I'd really like my money back.
