REALLY, thought you could have done a better job, the worse encyclopedia I’ve seen, definately not like the old days, when you could get hard cover encyclopedia. Take a note from Wikipedia and maybe you could bring your game up, and then you want to charge money for this app. REALLY!!! You must be seriously kidding compared to way far better free encyclopedia with not only the meaning, but full detail and audio. Get real !!! What world are you living in. I gave this a ‘#1 if I could have given a less I would have. Would not recommend this app to anyone.

I’ve used the webpage a bit. The quiz content is much better than Alexa skills. I was on the verge of ordering a subscription when I installed the Mobile app. The AppStore blurb states “we heard your feedback and fixed common issues”. 10 seconds later I’m banging on the broken choose quiz category link. Seriously?
I purchased a subscription to this product little over a year ago but was never able to log in and get the benefit of being a user. I figured oh well bad purchase. Then they charged me $75 a year later for auto renewal. I immediately called their customer service line to cancel my subscription and to get a refund. I have called a total of six times. Each time I was the first person in the queue as reported to me by their operator line. No one ever picked up the phone and rather a voicemail came on asking me to leave a message. I have left six messages over three weeks and no one has ever returned my call. I have explained the situation I have demanded a refund of my money I have asked them to cancel my account and they have not responded.If you wanna sink your money down a never ending wellGo for this product otherwise stick with Wikipedia
