I have never used iWeb or created a website. I'm a newbie and needed to build a website for work. I didn't think of iWeb as I thought it was tied to MobileMe. After a very frustrating hunt on Google for website creation, I called Google and found iWeb could be used for any website. I decided to give it a try and found this tutorial on the App Store. iWeb is very easy to use when combined with this excellent video tutorial. It has 30 lessons and offers very easy to understand explanations of the different aspects of iWeb. I went from complete frustration to eager anticipation to adding more features to the website. This tutorial is worth more than $4 and I highly recommend it. Note to Noteboom Productions: The title bar shows 'Tutor for iMovie '11' instead of iWeb. The Adding Links lesson references the Widgets lesson as next when it's the iWeb Buttons lesson. There is a audio glitch in the Widgets lesson dealing with adding Google Maps Widget at 58 seconds with some overtalk on the audio for 3 seconds. Still worthy of 5 stars and hope an update fixes these minor problems.
This app is PERFECT! I know how to use iWeb, but with every program there are hidden features that you may not know about, I use iWeb a lot and I want to get as much out of it as I can so I put up the $4 and I'm glad I did. This guy did his research. This is the App for beginners and pros of iWeb.
