Very Broken - Poor Workflows

This app is broken at best. Many essential items like “find a doctor” just don’t work. The app is very unresponsive. Honestly, I’m not sure I can even use this and left wondering what my alternative is. The website is pretty janky too. I hope the medical care available is significantly better than the app.

Unusable

After logging into the app while sitting in my Washington state living room the app says it appears I am not in Washington and suggests I download a different app. It does have a link titled “I am a KP Washington member” however pressing it just loops you back to the login page. So, there’s no way to launch the app. I guess I’ll stick to my laptop.
