1. In finger touch mode you hold down on the iPad with the number of fingers corresponding to the number of spots.

Doesn't work at all! And I paid for this too!
The app simply doesn't work. Only one dot lit up.
Both of my children love this app. Both of my children are one the spectrum and have some delays. It is helping them to learn how to count and uses their pointer fingers when doing the tap setting.
Great way for kids to practice counting and finger dexterity! I like that you can choose between tap mode and finger touch. The fact that you have to hold your fingers down for a little bit is a nice feature: if a child doesn't have good finger dexterity, it won't count accidental finger swipes. The animation is cute and entertaining!
This is great, and there is an instruction video on this one which is missing from the addition and subtraction apps. This helps to explain it. One of my kids can do the finger hold mode, but the other is too young and so it's great that I can change it to the tap mode which she can do. Great app!
