It’s ridiculous that you cannot pay the rent with the usual ACH bank account info. They require you to share your user name and password, which should be illegal. It’s your responsibility to keep your banking credentials secure. If your bank account is compromised, it’s your own fault. They want access to all your banking information simply to pay the rent. So now I have to manually write checks and walk the payment over. Absurd. Why do they want to access your banking so bad? It cannot be good.
Won't let you submit maintenance request because it claims there is no description of the problem, when there is in fact text entered. Closed the app multiple times. Keeps giving me the same problem.
The rental portal is FANTASTIC!!! It’s eye friendly and easy to navigate. I like the idea of being able to take photos of issues to submit with maintenance request. Overall, the rental portal is the best to make life living here at my apartment much easier.
