I’ve been using this app for about four years on my Android 7. This app is arguably the best, most useful, and most informative thing that I’ve had on my phone. Recently I switched to Android 12 mini and, gladly, I could easily restore my purchase and run the app on the new device without any major problems. However, when running the app on the new phone there is an empty white band below and around the notch area on which no information is displayed; neither the battery logo on the right-hand side of the notch, nor the hour digits on the left. Besides, the white band looks ugly in my opinion and does not match the colour of the purple band below it. I guess it’s a minor bug, and I’d kindly like to ask the developers to fix it.
Oald9is frozen and cannot restore. The only clickable menu is upgrade to oald10. I just bought the app yesterday that I cannot use
In-app Purchases are not ALOWED... I have been use this app for more than two year, actually it was great and efficient. There come a new problem, which is “ In-app Purchases are not ALOWED...” when I get it into my new Mobile... I hope the staff can fix this problem. Thank you for what you do.
I bought this a while ago, and it was my favorite dictionary for my classroom use. Somewhere along they way, they stopped allowing me to use it. I need to buy it again? I don’t think so. I just saw an update that said it would restore old purchases. Great! They fixed it. Nope, it still says I have to purchase it to use it. There are other dictionaries out there. It’s too bad though because I was a fan! Not anymore.
Hi. I have installed it on my Mobile Pro 2018 but often when I change the searching way from copy-pasting it to writing it in the searchbox the volume of the sound of the pronunciation turns down to the lowest level every time I manually turn it up. and I want to be able to change folder names of favorites and moving them into each other. thank you
