I hade been using and enjoying the Google Watch app since it was introduced and cannot figure out why PING deleted all of my old rounds. I had even paid $ for additional features. There was no warning, it simply vanished from my watch. I want my $ back!!!
Why limit the app to fitters only, I loved using the original app and was shocked the new version is restricted. Took a great thing and ruined it!!
They sell—and charge—for the putting/Android cradle. It requires Ping’s app. When I tried to use it, it requires an authorized (by Ping) professional. As a fan of Ping clubs, I am deeply disappointed. This is close to a swindle. I thought better of this company and respected the brand.
Bought an accessory from ping to use this app and then shortly after they removed my access to the app. Ping is normally one of the most customer focused golf companies but this move leaves a very sour taste in my mouth and upset a lot of people. I don’t understand why they would remove access to the app.
Long time Ping user. The new update messed everything up. Was looking to practice putting with the app over the winter months. Of no use to the golfer only fitters. Old app was better.
