Haven’t used many apps that are this bad… I can’t even create an account and get in. The errors are generic and convey absolutely no information to the user. Awful design.
Can not set up my accounts. Even went to pharmacy to have them help and they could not do it. No phone number to contact for help
The app missed reminders this morning twice. I opened the app and the reminders were there, but they did not notify me. Notifications is turned on for the app. Later I opened the app, I do not close it, it runs 24/7 in the background, and it prompted me to create an account or sign in. I signed in, and when I checked my reminders, it told me that I have no reminders. This is the third time that this has occurred. “Recent update” did not fix this. I reported it to the pharmacy, and they told me to keep them updated. I am going to recommend to my pharmacy to drop this app and find a better one. This is sad, because when it worked, I liked it very much, but I have no time to keep fixing it. UPDATE: happened again. My pharmacy just told me they are going to drop this app.
Love this app compared to the last on my pharmacy used. But I wish in the medication information it would say what the medication is prescribed for. Recognizing the generic names is hard especially the older we get. And if we could team what it is taken for that would help a great deal. The photos of the medication are great. Just need more information then what is on there.
So I attempted to request a refill this evening and the app tells me ALL my prescriptions are inactive, while history shows they are active and the refills remaining. I figure I need log out and back in again, works for everything else, right? Nope! Now the app states it cannot find my information. I’m constantly being logged out of the app for no apparent reason thus deleting ex reminders and causing me to miss message from the pharmacy team. This app needs serious help.
