I signed up for the app and provided my American Express information for payment. I then scheduled a driver to meet at my house a 7pm. 7:00 came and nobody showed up. Nor did anyone call, email or text. The next day I received an email that the scheduled service had been canceled. Gee, thanks for the heads up. Useless service. Don’t bother.
I made a reservation 5 days in advance. The first driver on day two called me at 10pm!! To confirm that he will be my driver. Next day they called and said that the driver can’t make it. The second driver called on day 4 confirming the time and place. On the day of appointment the company left a voicemail saying the driver can’t make it and they can’t find a driver. Also with no number to call back and the number on the app was not working because it was Afterhours. This was a biggest waist of time ever. I will never again use them and let them ruin my night on a very last minute
My first time putting a review, This is the worst service horrible app, No ones is there to pick up a call Or pick you up, Do not recommend to anyone get an Uber better more reliable
