Saving Pics Difficulty

Great app but it doesn’t let me save the pictures so I have to screenshot instead but screenshoting them makes them lose the good quality and they’re not as HQ. Please help me fix this

No good

Not a user- friendly App. Most ppl assume they would be able to take a pic, upload and change their own image but it's not like that. It's really one big advertisement of their facility & practice.
