My therapist recommended this app to me when I was dealing with panic attacks and general anxiety, and it has helped me very much. I love how simple and easy it is to use and customize, without ridiculous in-app purchases or subscriptions. Even if you don’t deal with lots of anxiety, this will help you. Practicing breathing is something everyone should do. My one recommendation for improvement is the option for different voices guiding you through the breathing exercises. I wish I didn’t have to listen to the same voice every time.
So hi, I love this app bc it’s soo relaxing 😎 and helps you stay calm but I do wish their were more Sean’s though but it’s great app and 💯 percent would recommend!!
