Ok app, but work on iOS/Android screen share

I don’t really use this app to support PCs on the go. But way more as a way to have clients share their iOS or Android screen. It works ok for that but the App Store listings show little to no info about this feature so most of my colleagues don’t know about it, and when clients go to grab the app they are sometimes confused. On my end, in the support tab, I wish there was an option to text the link over instead of email. Maybe make a separate button for creating mobile support sessions that text them an app link with a code to enter in the app without having to enter a instance url. Right now the workflow is having a client download the right app, enter our instance url, enter a code, then start broadcast. Or they get emailed a link, asked to download an app, reopen the link, hit yes on the prompt to open url in control app, then start broadcast. Then the only other thing is the framerate isn’t the best but isn’t a big issue.

Security risk

Overall app its a great app just 1 great security risk when leaving the app it does not log you out that means for whatever reason if my app if my Mobile was left open in a different app and then lanyone can pick it up and open the Control app and log into my computer this is a major security flaw I hope tech-support can find some resolution about this

Disappointing

Works great on my laptop. No reason why it shouldn’t work the same way on my Mobile Pro. Would make my life so much easier if it would work on my Mobile Pro. Please improve this app to allow selection of “monitor” and the ability to use mouse and keyboard of the Mobile Pro.
