Not good, would like refund

I downloaded this app and from the beginning I clicked open and I got a pop up window the says "MPlayerX quit unexpectedly". My Android is only 6 months old and the software is up to date and there are not viruses detected on my Android. Help Please! How do I get a refund on this app?
