There is no label or documentation I have found for what each of the four buttons in the top left do. I just ran a set, and it didn’t record my time.
The fact it's customizable is great. 10m modified shuttle walk is easily calculated and applied. However it is not optimized for ios10 and is a battery sucker-drops 15-20% each time I test someone.
Do NOT purchase. The App freezes after two or three uses. Waste of a dollar.
I downloaded this application a month ago. It does not work, it freezes every time. I emailed to let them know and they did not reply. I have subsequently found a much better Bleep test application. If you are looking for a Bleep Test do not download this one. It is a waste of time.
Not only it is a great app/test but there are so many things you can do with this. Exercise your cardiovascular endurance. Set a baseline for goal setting. Find your VO2 max. Pacer and push-up test. Record data for students. Pre/Mid/Post
