1. Access to the T-Log module requires the 'T-Log' role to be enabled by a Provider Administrator who has the Mobile T-Log enabled in their Admin Settings.
2. Users with the 'ISP Data' role enabled will have access to Mobile ISP Data module after it has been enabled.
3. Users with the Reset Password administrative role will be able to access 'Password Reset' section from their dashboard.
4. Users who have both the 'Reset Password' administrative and 'Super Admin' roles enabled can change the password for the users of their agencies.
5. The Therap for iOS app is designed to be used by people who already have an active Therap account with the appropriate permissions.
6. If you cannot log into the app or you do not see the functionality you expect, please contact your Provider Administrator.

So far the app compared to the website is a different experience. As an Android user the has Face ID capabilities, it would be nice to have that option for the app instead of signing in back every time the app errors out and logs me out. The client information could be a bit more user friendly compared to the android software that is currently doing that. There is the update pop up that comes back regardless of selecting don’t show again. If you guys could accommodate for the new iOS 16 capabilities that would be nice as it offers so much tools to make the app easier to use.

Good app

I have to use an app similar to this for my other job. They just added features this app already has but it lags so much. I love this app! Haven’t had any problems with is so far. Today it couldn’t connect to the server. Easy to use, doesn’t lag, good features

Edit ISP data

Would be nice to be able to go back into a submitted form and edit/add something through the app without having to sign on through a PC. Why isn't this already an option??

What’s up with having to have a 13 or higher

It’s for work not everyone can afford a new phone then the company needs to provide them or you need to leave it as it is that’s crappy business

Not user friendly

I can’t even attempt to understand why all the issues with this app exist! Staff are constantly locked out of their accounts. GPS is somehow always wrong, yet if staff walk down a hallway while clocking in they get error messages that they’ve “moved locations”. Constant app crashes & glitches. And the user interface is somehow different from phone to phone (not just iOS to android), making it impossible to train new staff. You know there’s a problem when it’s easier to navigate the non-mobile-friendly website on the phone than it is to use the app!
