When the app works, it’s great! It’s handy. But it rarely goes beyond the sign in screen. The app launches normally every time but it just goes to a white screen with “sign in” at the top. No buttons to tap, no places to type anything. There’s only been a handful of times it’s actually let me sign in in the last couple of years.
When the app works it’s really slow, and if it does show you the information you’re looking for it’s usually wrong. Your Verizon up rewards program is garbage too.
Verizon up doesn’t work try to go see rewards and always get a error message and it doesnt let you see or claim your rewards!
This app ONLY WORKS WITH Android and for EIGHT MONTHS NOW IT NO LONGER WORKS ON MY Mobile even with all recent device software update! I check to see compatible devices AND Mobile 14. Version and up mine is 15.1 software version on my Mobile WTDH😡 It used to work when I got this Mobile 😤😤😤😤😤😤😤⚠️ I STILL CANNOT SIGN IN WHEN OPENING THE APP AND PAGE IS LOADED ALL I SEE ABOVE IS SIGN IN AND THAT IS ALL NO MORE INSTRUCTIONS NO INDICATION JUST “SIGN IN” and no response no section displayed. Bottom line 3rd party apps are the UTMOST WORST! 😤OMG IT JUST BUFFERS ALOT AND IT STILL DOES NOT WORK ON iPads only on Android 😡
Been with Verizon’s for 9 years they need a loyalty program, all the promotions are for new customers, they forget about the people that helped them grow
