I tried to reach Password Pad support because I lost all my files including passwords, etc. There is no way to reach them. I used this for years and was satisfied, then all my info dissapeared.I had Google Support trying to help me but they could not. They tried to help me reach any support but no luck. On their website, they’re selling the company. Google said they either were no longer owned or supporting their product. Or they forgot to pay their bill to their server provider (weebly). If you scroll up to top of this page and click on “Password Pad Support” you will get an error message. Try it to see. BOTTOM LINE is I lost everything I put into my Password pad with confidence that it would be there for me. It dissapeared and I got screwed by this App that I actually trusted. VERY UNSATISFIED!!!!
I have two iMacs. Today I updated my old Android and the Password Pad said that it was damaged and I had to uninstall and reinstall. The more I thought about losing my pass words from a pad that I trusted with them the more frustrated I got. I went in to delete and reinstall but the app would not let me. So I went ahead and hit install. It reinstalled in the same location, (No duplicates) and I went to open my original file. WOW! Everything was still there. I could have opened my new Android and copied and pasted but with something like this it is all about trust. These people knew what they were doing when they designed this! I will never trust another pass pad but this one. Thank you developers!
Easy to use and ALL under YOUR control. Thanks for a great app.
I store my passwords for all my different services and my clients passwords when developing their websites it's easy to access and just makes sense.
I just purchased these programs and so far they work very nicely. I had one issue and contacted them, and it was answered & resolved quickly. This seems to be an easy to use program that does what I needed, and I feel secure with it too. Thanks!
