Ovatu (Legacy) for Android

This app is great, but it would be a lot more useful if all the pro features actually worked on the app. Having to switch to the browser version while still on my phone and then having that version not work well on mobile means that the pro version is at best super inconvenient and at worst pretty useless if you have an Android or Mobile to run your business with. I’m not an app developer so I have no idea what the reasoning is for this, maybe it is hard to fix? But it really takes a lot away from what would be an otherwise perfect app.

I am already frustrated with this app because I can’t even log in. I’m using the credentials straight from the email I’ve been given and it won’t work, yet I am able to log in through the computer without any problems. Why do I have to log in with a set of random numbers instead of my email like I can through my laptop? Of course there is no way to contact help so I’m not able to do anything with appointments until I can get to a desktop/laptop.

Book your appointments, keep count of your inventory, keep track of client information and formulas, online booking, text and email appointment confirmations, you can book through your Facebook page, and you can process payments (using PayPal here). It’s perfect. And what makes it even better is the customer service. There is always a quick response. I’ve used this app since 2013, and it keeps getting better.

When I lost data on my Android due to an update, I took Google's advice and installed a bunch of third party apps to decide which would work best for me. Ovatu is, by far, the best app for my small business. The customer service is the best I have encountered.Even though Dave is in Australia and I am in the US, he is amazingly fast in replying to me queries. Get this app!! You will NOT be disappointed!!

I started using ovatu 18 months ago for 2 therapists. I liked the app a lot because it easy to use and priced right. Since then I have grown to ten therapists and the app has improved considerably. However, I am opening up new locations and offering more complex services so I had to go look around at the more established players. Mind body is the 200 pound gorilla and at $165 a month it had to be exceptional. It's terrible. I felt like I was going from a sleek simple and terrific app to a 1990s web app. It's too complicated, requires lots of training to use, and is time consuming to manage. It sucked so badly I am cancelling mind body and sticking with Ovatu. I hope it counties to grow and improve Abdul the staff is amazing and has the best decision team feedback I have ever experienced.
