Like the title says, the app is great but the customer support is contracted to a 3rd party (Zendesk) which does not respond. I got locked out of my app for two days waiting for the third-party to get back to me and get me back into my app. I finally figured the issue out on my own but it’s now three days later and the third-party still has not contacted me for support. I would not get the paid version of this app until they get their customer service fixed.
I love the app and would rate higher it it appears many of the calculations are off anyone else noticed this issue? Looks like it’s been a while since any updates were done? Other than that would have rated higher.
I lost 45 lbs using weight watchers, the old version. This app helps me keep it off! I have used it for a long time. I’ve tried other apps while using this one at the same time but always delete them. This one is the real thing. The Best!

The points don’t always match up with my wife’s who is actually paying for the weight watchers program. That said it made me really look at what Inwas consuming. I am down almost 15 lbs and Instarted just before Thanksgiving. Give it a shot, it’s good little app.
