I Love shopping Joan’s I
This app runs so incredibly slow!!! 75% of the time pics don’t load (VERY FRUSTRATING). I have fast WiFi at home, this app takes FOREVER to load pics. When I go to public WiFi areas, this app runs SLOW, when I use my regular cell internet, it runs SLOW. When I go to my parents, it runs SLOW!!!! It’s like this app gets worst with their updates. I’m about to delete it bc it runs SLOW!!!
im trying to hard to make a purchase and the products keep changing from pick up to shipping, makes different quantities. when im finally able to pay, the app crashes……. my cart is gone
So, I buy a lot of thread very often, and it takes time to go through the colors you want to order. And once your have selected them and put them in your shopping bag and try to pay with online gift cards (that you’re trying to pay) the app send me to a different page asking me to touch a button to make sure I’m human. Once I proceed to do it, my page just crashes and everything I had on my shopping bag just disappear and I have to start all over. So yeah, Joanns has a great selection and I love the store, but their app has issues.
Supposedly the app on my phone needs to be updated in order for the store to scan the coupons. Unfortunately, the app doesn’t automatically update, and there is no apparent way to update it from the App Store. This needs to be fixed.
