Fixes prices on tickets, owns ticket master and no way either app is 5 Starr or close to it, it’s all fake. Talk to anyone and they’ll tell you this is a horrific company and scalp their own tickets.
I purchased 2 shows way ahead of their schedule dates and could not find them in my Apps for Live Nation or Ticketmaster. Purchases were acknowledged but no tickets could be retrieved. You cannot speak with a human. There was no resolution. I am not very versed in these applications but they seem needlessly obscure and, again, there is no help.
Bought tickets for a Wiz Khalifa and Logic, went back later to purchase upgraded parking and once the ticket was on my account it showed up as Josh Groban parking
Awful app. You never know when it won’t work for you. And sometimes it says Ticketmaster. Other times LiveNation. But it won’t log into both accounts, sometimes!!!!
I’m disgusted with how crappy this app is, the payment wouldn’t load and I couldn’t get the tickets I wanted to the ONE CONCERT I EVER WANTED TO SEE. I will never use this app and I wish horrible things upon the people who work for live nation. You all are pigs.
