This is a great app paired with your favorite running watch! Only recommendation is to have a feature where you can recover from an injury or pause the training plan. Other than that, love all the stats and data for the different training days.
Terrible app. Automated plan. Was not customized for me. Coaches did not look at my data or fix my plan after. The app does not take into account other runs if it’s not what it prescribed.
Not sure how this app has received such high ratings. It’s outdated. Slow to load. Buggy. Not easy to delete unwanted data (multiple steps to delete). Integrates poorly with Google Health (adds my daily steps to the log… even when I turned off permissions to read steps). The coach is not proactive, only chats if you initiate it. The only useful thing is the recommended log for distance and pace, but not worth the app for just that.
Currently need to fix bug that states previous event had ended.
Pros: The algorithm provides a weekly training program based on your goals that is easy to follow and adjust if needed Cons: App can be buggy I underwhelmed with the "coaching" as the coach never contacted me even after I PR’d in my half marathon, when I asked questions they sent links to articles I could have found on Google myself Overall, the free version delivers. Don’t bother paying for the subscription.
