I consistently get app notifications about items from my wishlist that went on sale, asking me to check it out. However when I do click on it it gives me an error, saying that “they do not currently carry the item selected” Every. Single. Time.
Can not stand the new chat feature. Keep giving alerts and red notifications. If you ask them to stop messaging you they say, “haha sure let me send you to one of our beauty experts” and you get MORE MESSAGES AND MESSAGE ALERTS ENDLESSLY. Not worth keeping the app anymore. Then they remove your negative reviews so it doesn’t effect their rating, cute. Thanks for the motivation not to spend money with you all anymore.
Fix the app! It’s Saturday of 4th of July weekend and your app is not working and horrendous today! Unbelievable. So tired of this. Easier to just go to website or the store!
Had a problem with a coupon I received not even having a promo code on it like it was suppose to and when I contacted chat support they offered no solution even though it was not fault. I had more questions and they proceeded to end the chat before I could ask them. Very rude and unprofessional.
