I got this for kids team. Worked great in the beginning but then it started having issues. Just started the season and now I am team manager so it is worse now. When I tap some of the buttons it just shows a blank screen. It won’t pull the roaster with a message it couldn’t “fetch” it. I can’t log out because that screen is blank even after refreshing the screen. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and it didn’t help. I don’t know how else to fix it. I am forced to do everything on the computer which defeats the reason for the app (real time information).
I love this app. I’ve used it for the last few years to manage several teams and it’s been great. What would make it better is the ability to edit misspelled words and fix wording when auto correct and/or predictive text makes it appear as if you don’t know basic language skills. Please add this feature.
After the latest update, the calendars were exported with incorrect times. Developers responded and remedied the issue quickly. Thanks, TeamSnap!
Since the last update, my team snap calendar which is synced to my Android is showing all events 7 hours ahead despite showing the correct time/time zone in the app and on my phone. I can’t figure out how to get them to reflect the right time which is a huge issue for planning.
Maybe it takes a ton of setup and maintenance on the part of the organizer but for a basic summer camp its not ideal.
