Wow! My real estate teacher recommend this app dearly and I thought I’ll give it a shot. This is driving me more insane than helping me study! There is a minimum of one typo in every question/set of answers. Some questions don’t make sense due to the typos. Sometimes you have answers double. This was a complete waste of money!!! Not to mention that it looks like it was built with windows 98
I just passed the state exams but without ANY credit to this app. The question pool is extremely limited. After you take the quizzes it gives you the correct answer's letter for each question & either a direct or indirect explanation (it varies). It doesn't show you what the other answer options were, nor which answer you chose, making it very difficult to learn from. Complete waste of money, I'd appreciate a refund.
I'm glad I know some of this answers because I have already found three questions that are incorrect or your answers do not match the choices. The developer needs to fix this ASAP or refund customers.
The layout and testing subjects are good, but whoever wrote the questions is borderline illiterate. There are so many typos and grammatical errors that it is easy to get distracted. Some of the errors are so bad that it is extremely difficult to even understand what the question is asking. The worst problem is that sometimes the correct answer is marked wrong. Example: "Other than non-dischargeable debts of a bankrupt debtor are cutoff (discharged) A. Publication of the notice of the petition in Bankruptcy B. Discharge in a bankruptcy. C. The first meeting of creditors. D. Filing the petition in bankruptcy. Answer: D. Debts are cut off (discharged) the date bankruptcy court issues a discharge." Um, ok. First off, the end of the question stem should have said something like "by which of the following" at the end. Instead, it's a nonsensical fragment sentence. Also, if the explanation provided in the answer is accurate, then the correct answer is B. A petition isn't filed by the court, so B can't possibly be the answer. If the objective is for the user to test their knowledge, rendering a correct answer as incorrect makes the entire app untrustworthy and useless.
This app has the potential to be a great study guide. It has a ton of questions that each have 4 multiple choice answers. My problem is that the majority of the questions have 1, 2 and sometimes 3 ridiculous "comical" answers that easily allows you to eliminate them right off the bat. They are trying to be funny instead of actually trying to challenge you with 4 possible legit answers. It is obvious almost every time which is the right one (without even knowing the material). The test questions at my RE school are 10 times better written and actually make you think about the answer. I honestly don't feel like I'm learning anything from this app...rather just picking the obvious answer. ACTUAL question from the App: What is a "point"? 1. A part of a pen 2. Score of a basketball game 3. The reason you tell a story 4. 1% of the amount of the mortgage Enough said....
