As a US shopper, I find shopping at RI to be like a gamble. It’s hard to know if what you see is what you get. They make some great clothes, but I’ve learned the hard way that’s not true for everything they make. Since they don’t offer free returns, you have to pay out of pocket to return to the UK if something doesn’t fit or looks different upon receipt. Sometimes that can cost more than the item you want to return. You could end up losing that’s why it’s a gamble. As I mentioned, a fair amount of their clothes are fashionable and very high quality. But you have to beware because sometimes the models aren’t actually wearing the size the profile claims they are and clever photography hides some of the flaws and bad fitting.
On your app it stated price of item inclusive of shipment but upon payment I was charged $10 for standard shipping - thanks
Very unprofessional. The chat service is horrible. I was on chat with almost every chat agent they all kept switching me once they didn’t know how to answer my questions. Kiya told me to hold while he/she got a manager but then got switched over to someone else. No one cares about the customer. I hate that I had to buy these specific shoes with this company. I was mislead to believe that I would get a promo code by signing up for email and downloading the app. All false! No one in the chat cares. First and last purchase through this company
