No IT help. Though I’ve tried several times to replace a long defunct email, every time I need to reset the password it insists the defunct email is my login.
They don’t heed your Dr’s prescriptions, reject prior authorizations, and force you to take less effective, and more dangerous drugs. They are a plague, with long wait times making you wait up to 60 days to hear about an appeal on whether they will cover your claims or not, and communication is extremely poor and delivered third hand through a message to a retail or representative. I hate cvs caremark.
