Nothing special

This app combines your phone's camera and flashlight, and a tip calculator into a single utility. The app has ads that you can get rid of by paying more. Not worth it. Instead just take a picture of what you want to see (a menu, a label, etc) then view the picture, zooming in as necessary to read the print. That's all this app does anyway.
