Living Earth for Android

This is my favorite. App! I’ve recommended it to everyone I know!

The weather data is not legit! Don’t know what the weather source for the app is now, but after years of being such awesome app, it completely stinks….Temperatures are off anywhere from 10' to 25' humidity data is off by as much as 75% and shows rain and storms when it’s sunny, sometimes the opposite, app says sunny during torrential storms! The weather data is an important key feature of Living Earth, especially with the widget. This completely incorrect weather data needs to be FIXED!!!!!! The Background App Refresh toggle no longer exists in the System Settings!

Unfortunately, for several weeks now, it has been off by 10-20° for the current temperature and 5-10° for forecasts in Chicago. It is so bizarre. The Dark Sky app is having the same issue. I am leaving on a trip to four cities tomorrow and I’d have no idea what to pack if I only relied on my once-favorite weather apps.

This is one of my favorite apps period, I’ve had it for years and years at this point. Really cool to have the filters they have for the globe, also the globe itself it excellent.

I’ve loved this app for years but for the last week or so it has simply stopped working. What gives? No info, just “forecast unavailable” for the dozens of cities I follow. UPDATE: happy to note that this is now back to the useful, informative, bright, fun app I have used for years. Love looking up weather in cities I have visited or hope to.
