This is only a response to the person from the support department for this app that responded to my review. This is 2022, not 2020. I just looked at the latest update on the hurricane tracker. It has no references to the current tropical storm. Two other apps are updated, this one is not. I deleted this app, so don’t bother to respond. This app was great for many seasons, but it is very lacking now.

App quit working for a week on 9/29 during Ian; I live in Fl and was stunned. I paid for the additional options, HT took the money from my account but no additional info can be accessed. This has been the worst year for HT service since I started using it several years ago.
Graphics is not updated
Living in Florida I rely on this app to keep me up to date.
