This didn’t work for me, I was looking for something simple, it’s not this
Easy to use! I would have gave it a 5 star rating but it will not let me email the reports.
I use several health statistic apps but this is the easiest to use and understand the resulting trends. I use an app called One Drop to log glucose and insulin doses. It is difficult to read the combined log but does handle multiple types of medications. Health Tracker is the first I pull up when recording new info. I then add to other more complicated apps for the doctor to figure out. BTW, I was just a have to watch what you eat “pre diabetic” for many years. I was admitted for COVID19 treatment and pumped full of steroids to treat double pneumonia. I kept asking the nurse when I was going to get muscular? Turns out steroids really mess up your glucose. I’m injecting insulin four times a day now. The doc said it could take three to six months for the steroid side effects to wear off. I hate needles - now more than ever. Knowing my glucose trends is vastly more important than before.
I recently started having blood pressures on both systolic and diastolic. I downloaded this app which overall is great. However getting a reading that’s 1 point over THEIR recommended numbers makes me crazy. I blood pressure of 121/81 is not bad, but according to them it’s off the chart and puts me in the danger zone. It would be nice to be able to set my numbers to what my DOCTOR has recommended my goal to be, not what someone who doesn’t even know me thinks it should be. I’m sure they’re going by the American Heart Association recommendations, but to some of us we’d be happy to see that we are in a good range for US, so we wouldn’t stress and keep taking a reading every 30 minutes in a panic because it’s in the yellow dangerous range. Just saying..... I also wish there was a way to print a report each week or month.
Not happy with a 3.99 app I can get free on android or kindle that does the same thing. The android version is capable of adding more names but since it doesn’t sync across ANY systems not worth the bother.
