Camp Bow Wow for Android

I love being able to see my dog when I’m traveling, but if I’ve just missed this I’m sorry, Is there a way to make the cam bigger? I mean viewing it bigger?

Ever since the iOS update, you can’t turn the screen landscape without the picture glitching.

My dog has been in camp for two days. I call tell them the camera don’t work and they just tell me no one else as call in. Really fixing the problem guys 😐

Whenever you want to watch your dogs, they’re basically microscopic now because the rotation is broken. It used to be that you could rotate your phone horizontally and see a larger view of the play yard. Now it either doesn’t enlarge at all or if it does, it gives you a quarter of the view and you cannot zoom in.

The video doesn’t adjust on portrait/landscape correctly after updating to iOS 16. Prior to iOS 16, the full screen was cropping the video depending on the phone screen size (and it shouldn’t). Also it would be SO SIMPLE to auto load the cameras from a preferred selected location. The favorite option is pretty much useless. 2 years without an update is ridiculous, CBW stopped in time and is not really focusing on their customer. A mobile app for CBW could have so much potential to allow Customers to check they pre-paid days balance, get reminders when running out and even allowing us to purchase more day care packages or even an auto-purchase when balance reaches certain amount of days. This would certainly bring a LOT of benefit for CBW Team Members up front, particularly at checkout and these abilities would minimize their need to charge a customer and have other customers waiting during peak time. Come on, CAMP BOW WOW, look ahead and don’t stay idle just because you have a business running, tomorrow a competitor can come with all the features you’ve been ignoring and you will lose business!
