Using Mobile has become unbearable since update. The keyboard bar pop ups, using the appple pen, screen moving, wireless mouse misclicking, the up arrow goes down! How can one update cause these many incompatibilities? IT says I need to wait for further updates that may or may not help in the future, there is no current fix.
Please give us a way to disable the stupid keyboard bar and the Google keyboard overlay when a Bluetooth (or wired) keyboard is in use. Also, please find a way to keep it from timing out ~30 seconds after switching focus away from the app. It’s a huge pain to re-enter password + 2FA creeds every time. It would also be awesome if Citrix could use the system-configured mouse tracking speed settings. Also, what’s up with the whole screen moving up an inch every time text is entered with a keyboard? The only way I know how to fix this is to CMD+Tab away and CMD+Tab back to the app. Using an Google Magic Mouse feels great on an Mobile Pro M1 12.9”, but it feels weird within Citrix. It’s hard to describe. Speaking of that, the natural scrolling setting needs to be read from iOS system settings. I had to toggle it off in iOS and again in Citrix to get it working the way I like it.
App worked fine until a recent update. Now I can only connect to a session for ~5 seconds before it disconnects me.
After a grueling 2 months looks like Citrix has finally fixed the magic keyboard major issues. Please do not mess with the app anymore. It is perfect the way it is. If it aint broke dont fix it!
App has become totally useless since late May. You cant use the Google Magic Keyboard unless the onscreen keyboard is toggled which is a massive mess and blocks part of the screen. Even then it no longer appears the Google Keyboard maps correctly to Windows (i.e. Up / Down / Left / Right keys don’t move in the right direction.) I had been hoping Citrix would fix but I’m now having to buy a Windows system for on the road access.
