Had this for about 5 days before cancelling. Very first pose they had me do was a dolphin pose which normally I can do but with zero warmup I hurt myself. I think these should be much easier poses u can do anywhere without risk of injury. I suggest a warmup before jumping into any of these poses. Just be careful
This is a fantastic way to take little yoga breaks during the day. I can’t always commit to a 1/2 hour or more session, but these 5 minute sessions are perfect! If you feel like doing more you can do that in 5 minute segments
It’s helpful to have a consistent practice in a busy world. I can take 5 minutes and feel better for it. Poses are explained clearly and the timer is a plant sound. I appreciate that the fee is very reasonable. Thank you.
