Broken mute, still send uplink 25 kbits/s

Broken mute, when not mute uplink is 32 kbits/s , when mute is activated uplink still 25 kbits/s, it should be close to 0 kbits/s, why such a basic function failure?

Ur guys interface is just terrible

I tried on my Android could activate then downloaded on Android nope couldn't make it past i setup assistant account so i tried on windows pc same crap i was going to look for it on youtube but i felt it wasn't worth it so i erased everything of my electronics! 1 star is to much id say -5 out of 5 stars

Cannot Access My Account

I previously registered an account that is linked to my phone number but now I can’t access it. Before there was an option that would allow me to use my existing account but it disappeared. So basically I have no wayof accessing my account. Please fix the problem.
