Completely out of date

Doesn’t support ‘notch’ iPhones, so it has awful black bars around the UI. I’m pretty sure if they wanted to update the app now Google’s App Store guidelines would require them to fix this. Perhaps this is why they haven’t updated it in 3 years? Refreshing the status of a parcel often shows an error saying the latest info couldn’t be retrieved, which sort of defeats the purpose of the app. Doesn’t support the share sheet, instead when sharing a parcel it opens Safari for some reason. If you rebuilt this app in SwiftUI and built an API client with Alamofire then fixing these issues should be pretty easy
