Why can’t we sign on using our Google ID anymore I lost my account because of it
I don't know what happened but it won't even open anymore. It pops up with a "connection error" that leads to a screen that tests your connection. That screen doesn't find any problems but when you restart the app, clear your cache, or use all the options in the help section, it still leads to this screen. I've deleted and reinstalled the app, and contacted support to no avail. Welp, guess that's it for Jack'd.
Give this app zero stars it’s not worth the time or energy you get deleted for no reason and then the response team gives you a response that has zero merit to fixing your problem sorry y’all do not use Jack’d it’s a joke.
This app would get a better rating if they would stop the fake profiles. Everyday there are 1-3 fake massage profiles messaging me. Each one gets reported and blocked. Despite the many reports to Jack’d nothing seems to be happening on the apps end. We live in the age of technology and yet they still haven’t managed to find away to kill these profiles after they are made, or keep them from being created.
Years after the “big update” and still no dark mode option?? Almost every other app at least gives you the option to not go blind while trying to use the app. It is summer 2022, why do you guys still not have a dark mode???
