iPhone 14 Pro

So for some reason, this app crashes on the Android 14 Pro and causes it to reboot. On the Android 13 Pro Max, it’s fine. We need an update asap.

Keep crushing on iPhone 14 max pro

Wont work on Android 14 max pro, I even added a new user and tried everything but still crushed my Android 14 every time when I try log in. Update: we updated to latest 16.0.3, and everything is fine now. Thanks, mysterious developer

Was great until moving to a new phone

After purchasing an Android 14 Pro Max the application will restart the phone every time I log in. I attempted to reach out through Synology but it will not allow me to open a ticket.

iPhone 14 pro users / easy fix

After the app keep on crashing reached out to support and the fix was going into strings and disabling hardware decode and back to working better than before. Much smoother with the setting off. Thank you support for getting back to me. I depend on the app daily.
