I had been tracking macros in a spreadsheet which helped but Fatsecret makes it soooooo much easier! Very nice mobile UI and some useful reporting and metrics. Very good tool!!
Great place to be able to track your Macro’s. I think of of the coolest features is you can take a picture of the bar code and it inputs the calorie intake and everything else for you so you do t have to manually type it yourself. The app also lets you adjust the percentage intake of fat/carbs, all macros to your specific diet. There is a huge community that is so amazingly positive, knowledgeable and welcoming. There are diets you/meal planning and tons of recipes to chose from and you can even input your own with the caloric amount. It just all around amazing. You Need to check it out!
