I purchased the subscription. I finally log onto my account make my first search. Click on the first report and the next thing that I see in my screen they ask me to purchase another membership. Saying I ran out of the 100 reports I never used. Reached out to customer service and they couldn’t do anything. They escalated but still I didn’t get a solution. Can’t fix their mistake but they sure can charge you more money at any time.

I used this app for years. A year or so ago I noticed I didn’t get as much information as I used to. I stopped my subscription and they quit billing me. About three months ago I saw they had started billing me again. I called and cancelled again. They kept billing me. Last month I even deleted my account. They are still billing me. I will call them again today and expect better results. I SHOULD HAVE SUBSCRIBED THROUGH Google. I just got off the phone and he is refunding me 2 months. I am satisfied with todays action(when the refund hits my card). Thank You

Were Criminal & Traffic Records removed?

I used to use checkmate. It was loaded with info. There’s barely any information with this app. No current residence, no former employment. I’m out $28. I canceled it so it wouldn’t renew. DON’T use it. It’s a waste of money.
