QVC Mobile Shopping (US) for Android

Love the app, but actually can’t use it when I want to buy clothes. I have to go on a browser because the size guide button doesn’t work on the app. Only the actual website allows me to view the size guide for an item. It’s greyed out on the app. It’s been this way for quite a while, I’m surprised no one has fixed this important issue. Annoying!

The app has a hard time remembering your password. Even if ‘Save Password’ button is on…it still doesn’t remember. Also, your purchase NEVER shows on your orders. A complete dysfunctional app!!!

Please bring back the product information on the screen while watching QVC, QVC2, QVC3 and In the Kitchen.

I received the bill from Qvs? I received things I didn’t . Ask for. Then ups came to put up them 30 boxes. Yes 30. All of the things went back to them . Before X mass. I still haven’t received any money for the boxes I sent back. I called,& talk to them.Still nothing. Call the phone number on cards they said they are going to be looking at them for this is not how they do it . I was hoping for a end of the billing process and making it Right. Well we now have letters for late and int I called them and bill s still asking for me to pay bill. They have never been there for me. Please help me with What help with the billing. Ordered Android with accessories and the laptop was missing from the box and the box was re-packaged when it arrived I called and Was told to call back the next day because their system was down For processing replacements. I called back the next day Lady was rude and told me I had to ship the accessories back in order to have the entire order replaced that was no problem I shipped the items back and attempted to check my account and was locked out I called they told me they would send me a password reset link I never received it then I received a letter in the mail stating my account was closed due to advising me of certain changes I need to make in order to prevent the closure of my account and the changes were not implemented so I called to ask what that was about and was told that since my item that was missing was of high value I was flagged as a financial risk in my account was closed and I was told the $300 for my initial payment would be refunded to my closed card after being told they would ship me a new laptop so now I’m waiting to see if the $300 is refunded and receive a hit on my credit. And I still don’t have a laptop that I’ve been waiting for because I take classes online and my previous laptop is having issues.
