Better than the Marine Forecast which is too general. Windfinder is spot specific and more accurate!
I use Windfinder on Lake Erie in Ohio. The app is fabulous in predicting waves and wind. Also used It in Top Sail Island for tide and wave info for fishing the ocean. I will have this app forever.
Good to check the weather is one of the most acured to go fishing
I like the app, just not sure how accurate it is. June 25 and 26 the app said 4 - 6 mph winds on sf bay and there were white caps. It’s a good tool to average in with other reports
