I love the app in concept, but it constantly locks me out of subscriber-only content despite the fact that I am a subscriber. I have gone through the FAQ, logged in and out again, attempted to re-subscribe, and still it only works about 25% of the time. If this were fixed, I’d probably give 5 stars.
I really appreciate the Indy Star online. Born, raised and educated as a Hoosier, I moved out of state and missed Indianapolis news. The online version sends top stories to my email and I love that easy access each morning! Great writers as journalists.
In substantially all articles accessed through my Android, imbedded photos are repeated so much so that the articles cannot be read. Very annoying and if not fixed, I will cancel my subscription.
Too many pictures The broad left column alongside the narrow right column is a terrible choice. Your top stories should be news stories, not the newly announced list of headliners for the state fair Put the sports in the sports section and only in the sports section Constantly breaking up the contents of a story with the same two ads and links to other content makes the stories nearly unreadable You have writers who do good important work, but the way that you present that work on this app is a disservice to their efforts
