Care.com: Hire Caregivers for Android

I have consistently located and hired better helpers from this site than any agency!!! Give it a try and be careful and thorough during interviews

The app is not particularly functional and the support is pretty bad - suggestions consist of update, uninstall and reinstall and finally just have support do it. This is - far from ideal, especially for a subscription service.

Great service but terrible mobile app. Can’t even write a review as it freezes and doesn’t allow access to review functions. Fix it! $40 a month should offer a better experience.

Care.com is a bunch of corporate hacks. If you ever need any support, they try to deflect business matters to iTunes, even though iTunes is just the platform. It’s rare to see such an irresponsible attempt at customer service, but care.com has exemplified this notion. They have no phone numbers that reach people, they don’t respond via email in a timely manner—and when they do, the responses don't even make sense or address the reason for writing in. The “chat” feature also doesn’t work in the app, even though it is advertised to. Honestly, Google should shut this app down until they get their act together.

For a $40/month app, the Care.com app is awful. I’ve had so many issues (can’t message potential nannies, can’t leave reviews, etc.). I’ve emailed Customer Service multiple times and have never gotten a response. So incredibly frustrating and not worth the money.
