This app seems useful at first. Records times so you can adjust to help the baby grow better. BUT The visuals and the negative recordings (less sleep, not slept on time, too long breaks,etc) and the implied suggestion that we must follow a schedule results in ongoing arguments between parents, impacting baby’s growth since the mood is down and the stress is through the roof. We always rush because we see that the baby does not sleep as it “should” and because we have this information in bright colors to remind us that …. we are not good parents. WE ARE GOOD! This app should be prohibited. WE DO NOT NEED THIS DATA. Our parents did not have it! This app creates disasters!! I wish I can delete the app and the data!! BUT THE OTHER PARENT IS NOW HOOKED.
Baby connect helped me identify a mistake our pediatrician made with my oldest growth chart. Eleven years later, I still use the app to track growth and doctors visits.
I paid for this all to be on four family members phones when my first son was born 3 years ago, thinking it was a good investment for future use. Extremely disappointed that we would have to pay $5/mo on each device to add a second child- what a scam.
Horrible with the addition of the cash grab subscription service. Paid for the app for myself and multiple family members and caregivers and now I need to pay more to add another child? Absolute joke. I’ll be looking for alternatives
Update: I love this app still but I need to rate the developer. I understand they changed from one time payment to subscription because it generates more income but I’m very disappointed that they are not honoring the costumers who already purchased this app with a one time fee. The saddest part is that now I can only access 2 people from the 4 on the app the other two I’m not allowed to add entries unless Im committing to a subscription. To be clear I was not trying to add and extra person they actually blocked the access to two already added people. So I feel totally cheated. My old review: Does what it claims and more!My husband and I could not be without it. I honestly think it helps us being a team when it comes to our baby. Even though he is at work he is able to get updates in a second about what is happening with his son and baby mommy.He feels like he is constantly involved. Love it! Love it! Love it! Perfectly designed.
