An old app which has properly worked for me only once. Basically worthless.
It's a shame that a company in the scope of CA cannot afford to write a working User Interface. I mean, hey! If the UI is that badly written with only a couple of simple screens - how good is the actual VPN it is supposed to create? I'd be ashamed to let such a piece of programming out into the open. I hope, that there a patch coming up to make the program usable.
Seems like CA don’t feel the need for a real mobile app, it does not rotate on an Mobile, meaning that using it to login to any remote apps is annoying. it doesn’t scale on the screen appropriately. Needs a redesign and and update
When going to a website that uses ArcotID authentication, I'm redirected to the ArcotID App for my credentials. After I enter my credentials, the App closes (minimizes) but never redirects back to the browser to allow entrance. I've tried turning the Mobile (2nd generation) off and back on, deleting and reinstalling the App and get the same result. Fix it and I'll rate it 5 stars.
